Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet.
  2. Cook chicken breasts until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté mushrooms until soft.
  5. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth.
  7. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  8. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  9. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.
  10. Serve hot.
