- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ranch dressing, chipotle peppers, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese melts and tortillas crisp slightly.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
