- 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare your strawberries by washing them under cool water and drying them thoroughly with a paper towel. Make sure they are completely dry for the chocolate to adhere properly.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. If desired, add coconut oil to make the chocolate smoother.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted dark chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off. Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate in the same manner as the dark chocolate. Drizzle or dip the strawberries with the melted white chocolate for a decorative touch.
- Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle your desired toppings (sprinkles, crushed nuts, or shredded coconut) onto the strawberries.
- Let the chocolate-covered strawberries cool at room temperature until the chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes. For quicker setting, place them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
