Delicious chocolate covered strawberry cupcakes made with fresh strawberries and rich chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla, and mix well.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients.
- Fold in chopped strawberries.
- Pour batter into cupcake liners.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Let cool and melt chocolate chips.
- Dip each cupcake in chocolate and top with a strawberry.
