Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla, and mix well.
  5. Combine dry and wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in chopped strawberries.
  7. Pour batter into cupcake liners.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  9. Let cool and melt chocolate chips.
  10. Dip each cupcake in chocolate and top with a strawberry.
