  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Spread bread cubes evenly in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard.
  5. Pour egg mixture over the bread cubes.
  6. Top with sausage, bell pepper, onion, and cheese.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  8. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes until set and golden.
