Delicious Christmas cheesecake bars with a festive flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla and peppermint extracts, then add sour cream.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting.
- Top with crushed candy canes before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best results.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be frozen for up to a month.
