Ingredients

  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 4 packages (8 ounces each) of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Add sour cream, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg; mix until combined.
  8. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  9. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  10. Let it cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours before serving.

  • Allow cheesecake to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
