Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add vanilla extract, then mix in eggs one at a time.
  6. Add sour cream, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes or until set.
  9. Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Top with crushed peppermint candies before serving, if desired.
