- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
- 1 apple pie
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the stuffing by mixing stuffing mix with chicken broth and melted butter.
- Stuff the turkey cavity with the prepared stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- While the turkey is roasting, steam the mixed vegetables.
- Once the turkey is done, let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce, vegetables, and apple pie topped with whipped cream.
Notes
- Make sure to thaw the turkey in advance.
- Use a meat thermometer to check the turkey’s doneness.
- Leftover turkey can be used in sandwiches.
