- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups stuffing
- 4 cups green beans
- 1 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
- Roast the turkey for about 3.5 hours, removing the foil in the last hour.
- While the turkey cooks, boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them.
- Steam the green beans until bright green.
- Serve the turkey with mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, and gravy.
