  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups cranberry sauce
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 3 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 cup gravy

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
  3. Rub the softened butter all over the turkey.
  4. Mix the stuffing with chicken broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mixture.
  6. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  7. Roast for 3 to 4 hours, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes.
  8. Prepare mashed potatoes and green beans while the turkey cooks.
  9. Make gravy from turkey drippings before serving.
  10. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
