  • 2 cups mashed potatoes

  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. In a saucepan, heat cranberry sauce until warm.
  5. Mix together mashed potatoes, butter, and milk until smooth.
  6. Serve Brussels sprouts topped with walnuts and cranberry sauce on the side, alongside mashed potatoes.
