Ingredients

- 2 cups of Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- In a saucepan, heat cranberry sauce until warm.
- Mix together mashed potatoes, butter, and milk until smooth.
- Serve Brussels sprouts topped with walnuts and cranberry sauce on the side, alongside mashed potatoes.
