Ingredients

  • 4 cups of Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup of cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped
  • 2 cups of mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast Brussels sprouts for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  4. In a saucepan, heat mashed potatoes with milk and butter. Stir in garlic powder.
  5. Serve Brussels sprouts with cranberry sauce and walnuts on top.
  6. Enjoy with mashed potatoes on the side.
