Ingredients

- 4 cups of Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup of walnuts, chopped
- 2 cups of mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast Brussels sprouts for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan, heat mashed potatoes with milk and butter. Stir in garlic powder.
- Serve Brussels sprouts with cranberry sauce and walnuts on top.
- Enjoy with mashed potatoes on the side.
Notes
- Feel free to add other nuts or spices.
- Make the mashed potatoes ahead of time and reheat.
