- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with olive oil and seasoning it with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the cavity with onion, carrots, and celery.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and add chicken broth.
- Cover the turkey with aluminum foil.
- Roast for 2.5 to 3 hours, removing foil for the last 30 minutes.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Serve with stuffing and cranberries.
