Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, carrots, green beans, and turkey.
- Add olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
- Serve with cranberry sauce on the side.
