Description
Soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls perfect for Christmas morning. These rolls are filled with a sweet cinnamon sugar mixture and topped with a creamy glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup milk, warmed
- 1/4 cup water, warmed
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp softened butter (for filling)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm milk, water, melted butter, and egg. Stir until dough forms.
- Knead dough for 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter, then sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 slices.
- Place rolls in a greased pan. Let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.

- Use fresh yeast for best results.
