Ingredients

- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and mash with butter, cream, salt, and pepper.
- In a pan, sauté green beans in olive oil until tender-crisp.
- Add cranberry sauce and mix well.
- Spread the mashed potatoes in a baking dish.
- Top with sautéed green beans and sprinkle with pecans and rosemary.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add more spices to taste.
- Can substitute green beans with broccoli if desired.
