Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt.
- Spread them on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the sprouts and toss.
- Add walnuts and cranberries, then roast for another 10 minutes.
