Ingredients

- 4 cups of green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine green beans, cherry tomatoes, and garlic.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can add parmesan cheese before serving for extra flavor.
