Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the Brussels sprouts, carrots, and green beans with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
- Remove from oven and let cool before storing.
- Reheat before serving.
