Instructions

  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. Wash and trim the green beans.
  4. Peel and chop the potatoes into cubes.
  5. Toss Brussels sprouts, green beans, and potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  7. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  8. In the last 5 minutes, add cranberries and pecans.
  9. Remove from oven and serve warm.
