Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg yolk, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the flour and salt. Mix until combined.
  5. Fill a cookie press with the dough and press onto ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Sprinkle colored sprinkles on top of each cookie.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
