Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the chuck roast with salt and pepper.
  4. Sear the roast on all sides until browned.
  5. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  6. Stir in carrots and potatoes.
  7. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
