Ingredients

  • 2 ciabatta rolls
  • 1 chicken breast (sliced)
  • 4 tbsp pesto sauce
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  3. Slice the ciabatta rolls in half and lightly toast them.
  4. Spread pesto sauce on both halves of each roll.
