Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before drizzling with dulce de leche and sprinkling with chopped pecans.
