Scale
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 package tortilla chips
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 lime, juiced

  3. 3. Set up a serving platter with tortilla chips. Top each chip with a dollop of guacamole, salsa, and a piece of shrimp.
  4. 4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and add a slice of jalapeño for an extra kick.
  5. 5. Serve with a side of sour cream and chopped cilantro for garnish.

Notes

  • You can substitute shrimp with grilled chicken or black beans for a vegetarian option.
  • Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less jalapeño.
