- 1 cup salsa
- 1 package tortilla chips
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and lime juice. Toss to coat evenly.
- 2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they’re pink and cooked through.
- 3. Set up a serving platter with tortilla chips. Top each chip with a dollop of guacamole, salsa, and a piece of shrimp.
- 4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and add a slice of jalapeño for an extra kick.
- 5. Serve with a side of sour cream and chopped cilantro for garnish.
Notes
- You can substitute shrimp with grilled chicken or black beans for a vegetarian option.
- Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less jalapeño.
