Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey or chicken until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add the black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in the lime juice and fresh cilantro.
- To serve, spoon the mixture onto whole wheat tortillas, top with diced avocado and salsa, and roll up or fold as desired.
