- 2 cans Cinnamon rolls (Use refrigerated cinnamon rolls for convenience.)
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Milk (Whole milk is preferred for creaminess.)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup (For drizzling on top.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Open the cinnamon roll cans and cut each roll into quarters.
- Place the quartered cinnamon rolls evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls, making sure to cover them evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is set and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
