Ingredients

  • 2 cans Cinnamon rolls (Use refrigerated cinnamon rolls for convenience.)
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk (Whole milk is preferred for creaminess.)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup (For drizzling on top.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Open the cinnamon roll cans and cut each roll into quarters.
  4. Place the quartered cinnamon rolls evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls, making sure to cover them evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is set and lightly golden.
