A delicious breakfast dish that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls and French toast in an easy-to-make bake.
Ingredients

- 2 cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8 rolls each)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish
- Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 pieces and spread evenly in the dish
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg
- Pour mixture over cinnamon roll pieces
- Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with pecans if using
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving
Notes
- Can be prepared the night before and refrigerated
- Serve with additional maple syrup if desired
- For crispier texture, bake 5 minutes longer
