Delicious homemade cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Warm the milk and dissolve the yeast in it.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and the milk mixture to the dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon on it.
- Roll it tightly and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a baking dish and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar with a little milk for the glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- Make sure the milk is warm, not hot.
- Store leftover rolls in an airtight container.
