Ingredients

  • 1 packet active dry yeast

  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add flour gradually until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Spread butter over the dough. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  9. Place slices on a baking tray and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
