Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture, then combine with the dry ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Spread butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon on the dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
  9. Place slices in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Mix powdered sugar with milk to create the glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
