Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
- 2 tablespoons cream (for icing)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour until a dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread butter, cinnamon, and sugar over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and cream to make icing and drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- For softer rolls, add more milk.
- Use fresh yeast for better results.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
