A simple and delicious peach cobbler pie with a buttery crust and sweet peach filling.

- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix peaches with 1/2 cup sugar and set aside.
- Pour melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, and vanilla. Pour over butter.
- Spread peaches evenly over the batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe peaches for best flavor.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
- Store leftovers covered at room temperature for up to 2 days.
