Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 1/4 cups sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream and heavy cream until fully combined.
  6. Pour filling over the crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
