Ingredients

  • 2 beef steaks (8 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Remove steaks and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté mushrooms, garlic, and onion until softened.
  5. Add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Return steaks to the pan and coat with sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

  • Use ribeye or sirloin steaks for best results.
