Description

A refreshing and tropical Coconut Mango Sorbet that is perfect for hot summer days.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, coconut milk, sugar, lime juice, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and cover it with plastic wrap.
  5. Place the dish in the freezer for about 2 hours.
  6. After 2 hours, use a fork to scrape and stir the sorbet to break up any ice crystals.
  7. Return the dish to the freezer and repeat the scraping process every 30 minutes for about 2-3 hours, or until the sorbet is firm and fluffy.
  8. Serve the sorbet in bowls or cones and enjoy!
