A refreshing and tropical Coconut Mango Sorbet that is perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, coconut milk, sugar, lime juice, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and cover it with plastic wrap.
- Place the dish in the freezer for about 2 hours.
- After 2 hours, use a fork to scrape and stir the sorbet to break up any ice crystals.
- Return the dish to the freezer and repeat the scraping process every 30 minutes for about 2-3 hours, or until the sorbet is firm and fluffy.
- Serve the sorbet in bowls or cones and enjoy!
