- 4 cod fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the cod fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Once the oil is hot, add the cod fillets to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet during the last minute of cooking.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the fillets and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
