A refreshing and creamy cold brew coffee topped with homemade vanilla sweet cream, perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Coarse ground coffee
- 4 cups Cold water
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarse ground coffee and cold water.
- Stir gently to ensure all the coffee grounds are saturated.
- Cover and let steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.
- After steeping, strain the coffee through a coffee filter or a fine mesh sieve into a clean container.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Serve the cold brew coffee over ice and top with the vanilla sweet cream.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, steep the coffee for a full 24 hours.
- Adjust the amount of sweetened condensed milk to taste.
