Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled
- 1 package of mini phyllo cups
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add chives, cucumber, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place a dollop of the mixture in each phyllo cup.
- Top each with a piece of shrimp.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh herbs for better flavor.
- Can substitute shrimp with diced chicken or vegetables.
