Ingredients

- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of diced carrots
- 1 cup of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 1 pound of chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add carrots, potatoes, and celery. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add diced chicken breast and thyme. Stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot in bowls.
