Ingredients

- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of diced vegetables (carrots, celery, onions)
- 1 pound of chicken breast, diced
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add the diced vegetables and cook until softened.
- Add the diced chicken and garlic powder. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked rice and heat through.
- Serve hot and garnish with chopped parsley.
