Ingredients

- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add chopped spinach and artichoke hearts.
- Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add red pepper flakes.
- Adjust the consistency with more sour cream if needed.
