Description
A simple and hearty corn beef and cabbage dish cooked in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 3 pounds corned beef brisket
- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 4 large carrots, chopped
- 4 medium potatoes, quartered
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
Instructions
- Place the corned beef in the crock pot.
- Add the chopped carrots, potatoes, and onion around the beef.
- Sprinkle black pepper and mustard seeds over the beef.
- Pour the beef broth over all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Add cabbage in the last hour of cooking.

- Adjust seasoning based on your taste.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
