Ingredients

- 2 cups corn kernels, drained
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add corn, cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until well combined.
- Transfer to a serving dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
- This dip can be made a day ahead.
