Ingredients

- 2 cups corn (canned or frozen)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sour cream and cream cheese.
- Add the corn, cheddar cheese, green onions, bell pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or vegetables.

- Can use fresh corn in season for better flavor.
- Add jalapeños for extra heat.
