  • 4 medium potatoes, quartered

Instructions

  1. Place the corned beef in the crock pot.
  2. Add onions, garlic, peppercorns, bay leaves, and beef broth.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  4. In the last 2 hours, add cabbage, carrots, and potatoes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy.
