Description
A hearty dish of corned beef and cabbage cooked slowly in a crock pot.
Ingredients

- 3 lbs corned beef brisket
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 head green cabbage, cut into wedges
- 4 large carrots, chopped
- 4 medium potatoes, quartered
Instructions
- Place the corned beef in the crock pot.
- Add onions, garlic, peppercorns, bay leaves, and beef broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- In the last 2 hours, add cabbage, carrots, and potatoes.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator.
