Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 carrots, cut into chunks
  • 4 potatoes, quartered
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons mustard

Instructions

  1. Place the corned beef in the slow cooker.
  2. Add black peppercorns and minced garlic on top.
  3. Layer chopped onion, carrots, and potatoes around the meat.
  4. Pour beef broth over all ingredients.
  5. Spread mustard on top of the corned beef.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  7. Once done, slice the meat and serve with vegetables.
