Description
A simple recipe for tender and flavorful corned beef made in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 3–4 pounds corned beef brisket
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 carrots, cut into chunks
- 4 potatoes, quartered
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons mustard
Instructions
- Place the corned beef in the slow cooker.
- Add black peppercorns and minced garlic on top.
- Layer chopped onion, carrots, and potatoes around the meat.
- Pour beef broth over all ingredients.
- Spread mustard on top of the corned beef.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Once done, slice the meat and serve with vegetables.

- Adjust the cooking time based on the size of the brisket.
- Leftovers can be used in sandwiches or soups.
