Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, flour, egg, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each into a bagel.
- Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

- Make sure to use low-fat cottage cheese for a healthier option.
- Experiment with toppings like everything bagel seasoning.
