- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until browned.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and top with marinara sauce.
- Spread cottage cheese over the chicken, then sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with a side of vegetables or salad.
